Join the Lacrosse Strength Gym
The Lacrosse Strength Gym resides in the weight room of Northern Highlands Regional High School, in Allendale, NJ. This is a private, membership only facility.
Why the Lacrosse Strength Gym?: You want to train with like-minded individuals, who have your goals in mind. Our crew started out as high school lacrosse players who wanted to get stronger and more athletic for college. This is our core member. They played other sports as well. We encourage this, which is why we have an inseason membership option. They might play soccer or basketball, or any other sport, but it all comes back to lacrosse. If you’re reading this page, I assume your are like our original crew. They ended up at Princeton, Lehigh, Georgetown, and UMass.
We work in groups of 2-6 athletes, max per coach, scheduled at 7pm and 8pm, Monday-Friday. Spots are limited. Once the membership is maxed out, we will have a waiting list. Memberships are for 3 months or One year, only. Our philosophy is to train the athletes on a long term basis. There are no quick fixes. Athletic abilities need to be trained consistently on a long term schedule in order to see maximum improvement.
This is a results-based system developed over 20 years of experience with youth athletes, rehabilitation, and professional lacrosse players.
Our programs are designed for athletes with a focus on athleticism, strength, movement, flexibility and injury prevention. Our sessions stress balanced, whole body strength training with auxillary exercises prescribed from each athletes’ individual assessment.
Membership rates are as follows:
All members can come in 5 days per week to work on stretching, soft tissue, and auxilliary work. Scheduled sessions are with a coach to put you through your designed workout for the day.
