How did I miss this before?

Very well said Pete!

Crossfit is it's own sport, it is not the way to train to play a sport!

Sure it's tough. Sure it is physically demanding. But hard doesn't mean better.

Thank you for saying it also. Just because Reebok has the money to promote it doesn't make it the best. It's just marketed really well.

A properly designed, well though out program will beat a random tough program done with poor form everytime!

Thanks for the video. Never thought of doing them this way, though it would be good for balance as well. As a modified coach, this is something that could be done with light weights or none at all during a quick agility and training warm up!

That's a great point, John. Some athletes tend to dismiss the programs from Elite FTS, Westside, etc, because the powerlifters simply have different goals. Honestly, they don't care about being athletic. They just want to lift heavy weight. But regardless, the program you talk about is great for younger guys trying to get strong. Thanks for your input.

Hey Pete
I hear that same question over and over again. I always point them to Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program. I've been using it myself for about a year and haven't gotten bored or hurt with it yet.

Seem's to make sense. The way I have been building my grip strength is using isometric exercises. I bought a device from www.jym.me not sure where else you can buy them and it has helped me heaps.

Frank is one of the most dedicated and passionate individuals you will ever meet. His passion is to help people get healthy, strong, and tap into thier potential. He is my cousin, and we grew up together, I know, he has helped me in many things too, and he will always give you something, even if it is alittle bit of info, it will help you. Working with people who have a passion is not the same as working with someone who decided to do it just because they want to be healthy. He has years of experience in sports and with dealing with people.

It was great to go to the Duke University Lacrosse camp. Stars like Matt Danowski, Nick O'Hara, Dan Loftus and coach John Danowski were there to coach the young bucks (me being one of them).

I am glad to say that lacrosse is also alive and well down here in nc!
