Hi Pete,

I came across your blog while doing research on fitness and training. Though I have never played lacrosse, I am a life-long addict to working out and recognize quality information when I see it.

I have added your blog to my blogroll at http://therotater.com/blog under “Other Great Fitness Blogs”. I hope that you will stop by for a look.

Thanks,

Chris Melton
