Frank is an exceptional strength coach. Two of his athletes were drafted in the MLL draft: Michael Culver, Alex Buckley. Both will tell you that he was key to them tapping into their athletic potential.

Frank is one of the most dedicated and passionate individuals you will ever meet. His passion is to help people get healthy, strong, and tap into thier potential. He is my cousin, and we grew up together, I know, he has helped me in many things too, and he will always give you something, even if it is alittle bit of info, it will help you. Working with people who have a passion is not the same as working with someone who decided to do it just because they want to be healthy. He has years of experience in sports and with dealing with people.
