Lacrossestrength.com is finally back online. After much thought, I decided it would be best to create a blog instead of my old static web page. This will force me to update it more frequently and give me greater flexibility regarding how content is presented. I’m still in the process of adding old articles to the site. I’ll add new ones as soon as possible. I also plan on creating podcasts in the new year.

Last year was a postive one for this little venture. We ran speed clinics and trained individuals during off-season sessions. Had a great time working with the Pride this summer, and looking forward to progressing further this year.
